Honorlock is an advanced online proctoring solution designed to create secure and fair testing environments for students. It monitors assessments with a focus on respecting student privacy while maintaining the integrity of online exams.

Honorlock is currently available for Colorado Online pooled MAT courses. It is also used by colleges such as FRCC.

## Getting Started Guide

To integrate Honorlock into your course, add the Honorlock link to the content page where it best aligns with your instructional layout. A student may be proctored as many times as needed in a course. Refer to the article below for details.

Honorlock’s remote proctoring service is directly integrated with D2L. The article will provide instructions on how to configure Honorlock for exams and quizzes in D2L.

There is a simple way for you to help ensure test takers are ready to use Honorlock. You can create a Practice Exam for test takers to get acclimated with the system and ensure they are prepared for when the real testing begins.

**Additional Information**

Honorlock supports the below listed devices for online proctoring:

- **Desktop or Laptop Computers**:
  - **Operating Systems**: Windows 10 (or later) and macOS 10.12 (or later)
  - **Chromebooks**
  - **Mobile and tablet devices ** are not supported
  - **Browser**: Supported browser Google Chrome (latest version recommended)
  - **Hardware**:
    - A webcam with microphone (internal or external)
    - A stable internet connection
    - Access to Google Chrome web store to install the Honorlock extension
