**Step 1: **Check if a course has a RtT at <u><span style="color: #0000ff">[CCCS-Job Aid: Colorado Online Course Materials and Teaching Resource Shells Form](https://cccs-edu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CHW/pages/23135947)</span></u><u><span style="color: #0000ff">.</span></u> 

**Step 2:  **Self-enroll into the RtT through the <u><span style="color: #0000ff">[Course Materials form](https://at.ccconline.org/coursematerials)</span></u>.  First, you will need to enter your S# and authenticate with your password, and then, you will need to authenticate with the<span style="color: #343d47"> </span><u><span style="color: #428bca">[DUO Multifactor Authentication](https://kb.ccconline.org/article.php?id=517)</span></u><span style="color: #343d47"> process. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">At the very bottom of the form, you will see a </span><span style="color: #000000">**Status**</span><span style="color: #000000"> button. If the course shell is marked </span><span style="color: #000000">**Available**</span><span style="color: #000000">, then you will see an </span><span style="color: #000000">**Enroll**</span><span style="color: #000000"> button just beneath it. After you click Enroll, you will have immediate access to the resource.</span>

** Step 3:**  After self-enrolled into the RtT through the Course Materials form, copy the course materials by following the steps in the <u><span style="color: #0000ff">[Course Copy Quick Reference Guide](https://cccs-edu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CHW/pages/23167974)</span></u>.
